We are looking for Site Buyer
to lead & support Purchasing operational activities through improvement of Quality,
Sustainability, Capacity and Cost performance.
You will be the connecting
point to your Purchasing colleagues and to our main stakeholders in Technology,
Operations and other functions. In your work you will embrace all three
principles of the Volvo CE philosophy: Flow, Continuous Improvement and Perform
& Develop.

Manage
day to day interface for delivery between suppliers and production including
solution as may required
Manage
and lead DP(delivery precision) objectives and improvement continuously as
issued suppliers
Manage
and execute supplier regular capacity analysis with OP and Commodity based on
updated QC volume including CKD
Manage
and execute SLT (supplier lead time) improvement activities with commodity
Lead parts
development in serial ECN to secure QDC competitiveness
Support
RAMs parts development in serial ECN and serial delivery through CKD
Investigate
and execute supplier assets and tooling update for serial parts
Manage
MRB parts for ship back, replacement, repair, claim and invoicing
Manage
and update FTA, COO and Parts branding with PD
Manage
and mitigate supplier risks as may required
Encourage MDS/CDX activities of supplier
Plan
and execute personal development, competency improvement continuously
Keep
processes, manuals, Volvo Way, code of conduct, anti-corruption compliance and
local laws,…
Support
RAMs parts development in serial ECN and serial delivery through CKD
Support
parts delivery for AFM
Support
& participate to make CMT strategies
Support
& contribute cost reduction with CMT, if necessary
Support
supplier quality issue and APQP with SD, if necessary
